I'm a 34 yr old Single Father of 3 girls. I was born at W.C.A. Hospital in Jamestown, NY. Lived in Gerry, NY till 2nd grade, before moving to Cherry Creek, NY and attending and graduating Pine Valley. While at Pine Valley I played Baseball, Football, Soccer and was a year book editor.
After HS I went to college at Paul Smith College in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains, where I studied Parks and Recreation Management. While in the Adirondacks went on a 9 day 50 mile back packing trip threw the High Peaks of the Adirondack Mountains. Came back for a week then followed it with a 12 day canoe trip threw a lot of the lakes and rivers the mountains had to offer.
All of which prepared me for my first job as a Adventure Camp Trip Leader at YMCA Camp Chingachgook in Lake George NY. Myself and another counselor took groups of kids all over the North Eastern United States. Teaching them how to Rock Climb in Arcadia National Park, Maine, White water raft threw New Hampshire, Mountain Bike Killingington Mountain in Vermont, and teach them to sail Lake George, NY.
I moved back home, and started doing Construction. Which was a great experience as well, learning and taking in everything I could about constructing new builds, remodels, additions, foundations, etc... I did that for 7 yrs before being offered a better job as a Housing Rehab Specialist running my own crew Insulating and air sealing houses to make them more energy efficient. I was also on an experimental crew of installing solar hot water tanks where we installed solar hot water panels on the customers roofs. I did that a couple years with all my past construction Knowledge I believe that I am the RIGHT guy to find or sell your home.
I was the 2016 Rookie of the Year, For ERA Team VP, Top Transactions for the Fredonia Office, and a Million Dollar Producer. Also awarded Circle of Honor, and Bronze Presidential Award. I am ERA Top Gun Certified, and Pro Performance Certified!
